Business Law Services Plan

How many times have you felt the need to make sure you're on solid legal ground when making a business-related decision but hesitated because of time and cost needed to hire an attorney?

At Endurance Business Law, PLLC, we have an affordable Business Law Services Plan to help you get the legal guidance you need for your business decisions from an attorney who understands your business.

EBL's Business Law Services Plan

Our Business Law Services Plan provides reduced hourly rates for small and medium-sized businesses that maintain a modest fee deposit with our firm. The client's fee deposit is held in EBL's attorney trust account, and the fees and costs incurred are deducted on a monthly basis. If no fees or costs are incurred in a given month, there is no deduction from the fee deposit for that month.

Two Options for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses

The Plan has two options. Option 1 has a lower required fee deposit with three hours of legal services at the lowest hourly rate per month. Option 2 has a higher required fee deposit and provides six hours of legal services each month at the lowest rate: â€‹

  • Option 1: This option provides $50.00 off our standard hourly rate for the first three hours of legal services each month and $30.00 off for legal services after the first three hours. Option 1 is ideal for smaller businesses and startups that need services from a business-law attorney for about 1-to-5 hours each month.

  • Option 2: This option provides $50.00 off our standard hourly rate for the first six hours of legal services each month and $30.00 off for legal services after the first six hours. Option 2 is intended for medium-sized businesses and businesses with a need for more in-depth legal services. In general, the average number of hours of legal services each month is between 3 and 10 hours.
